About AgriStack Info
AgriStack Info is an independent informational website. We exist to do one thing well: explain the UP Farmer Registry process in plain language, so farmers know what to expect before they register.
Why this site exists
The AgriStack Farmer Registry is genuinely useful, but the registration flow has steps that are easy to get wrong the first time — the Official-versus-Farmer login toggle, the land-fetch step that pulls records from Bhulekh, and the e-Sign redirect to a separate government gateway. Who writes this
Our content is written by Arvin Sharma, who documents Indian agriculture e-governance portals first-hand. Everything in the guide comes from a real registration session — the screenshots are our own, which is why the field names and button labels match the live portal exactly.
What we do — and don't — do
We publish explanatory guides and answer common questions about the registry process. We do not register anyone, do not collect or process Aadhaar numbers or documents, and cannot check, approve, or influence any application. For anything official — registering, checking status, raising a grievance — use the official portal at upfr.agristack.gov.in.
Our relationship to the government
AgriStack Info is not a government website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, the National Informatics Centre, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, or any other government body. The names AgriStack and Farmer Registry refer to government programmes; we use them only to describe what our guides are about.
Accuracy and updates
Government portals change. We keep the guide current, but the official portal is always the authority. If you spot something on the live site that no longer matches our guide, tell us via the contact page and we'll update it.
